If I were…

So, I’m a little late on this post but the weekend just got away from me. In honor of the Royal Wedding, you’re getting my first posting that will be mostly written by YOU! I want to know what you think…it can be serious, or funny it doesn’t matter to me! Just leave a comment and join in the fun! I can’t wait to hear from you all!

I do want to do my fivegoodthings before I unveil the big question!

fivegoodthings

  1.  walking through the tough stuff of life with people
  2.  free shipping
  3.  good change in the office
  4.  Colgate toothpaste
  5.  living room laughs

Here’s the big question…

If I were British I would….

Here are a few things I would say

1. Wear a hat the size of London

2. Get braces

3. Name my future daughter Georgie

  1. If I were British, I’d…

1.) have tea everyday at 4 because I can.
2.) get my teeth fixed and whitened for sure. Glad to see that Kate is bringing good teeth to the Royal family.
3.) totally have a fascinator for every outfit.
4.) open a pub and call it “The Bearded Shrew” or something else awesomely weird.

  2. If I were British I would…..

    1. Make sure I find a job that allows for a 2 hr nap time like France.
    2. Be glad that the norm is to put milk in your tea
    3. Spend all my free time perfecting the British accent.

  3. 1. Get a tiny car.
    2. Collect rare tea cups.
    3. Create a revolutionary new fried crumpet.
    4. Make fun of the American English accent and all.
    5. Move to America. ;)

  4. 1) Talk constantly
    2) Wear 3 peice suits
    3) Own a pocket watch
    4) Introduce the English to coffee time instead
    5) Go to the pub and sing pub songs whilst swinging my mug to and fro
    6) Use words like whilst and terms like to and fro

  5. If I “were” British, I’d:
    1) Enjoy milk in my tea.
    2) Drink shandy.
    3) Eat toad-in-the-hole, bubble & squeak, yorkshire puddings and spotted dick.
    4) Have a beautiful, flower-filled garden.
    5) Smile at the Yanks’ obsession with the royal family :)
